The whirlpool was a good surprise! The hotel staff was warm and cute. Pro tip, Don't miss the on-site restaurant for a delicious breakfast.

Quiet hotel with city view. Helpful and excellent staff all over the place. Separate room, comfy bed and fairly clean bathroom. Comfy and peaceful location, just a walk down to everywhere. Very pleasant overall experience.

the guy at the front desk really messed up my room. but the staff was friendly, the coffee was fresh and the bed was cozy. plus, they helped me with my luggage!

The experience took a nosedive when I stumbled upon the roaches crawling up the walls at night. Talk about a creepy crawly welcome! Had to spray my luggage as a precaution. They really need to script a bug-free story here.

Room was nice with air conditioning, tv, and a microwave. The bath had free toiletries and a shower. Comfortable seating area and a big closet were great. Hot tub worked well, added relaxation. Staff was super attentive and friendly. The location was close to attractions and made traveling easy.

Unfortunately, I faced a bit of a crummy situation when I arrived. The room I booked didn't match what was advertised. Saw a fair share of uninvited guests in the form of roaches scurrying about, which really took away from any peace I was hoping for. The soundproofing leaves something to be desired-could hear noise from the hallways easily, disrupting sleep at times.

The location of this hotel is comfortable and peaceful, close to downtown but not too close, with a welcoming and friendly team.

I booked a Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 queen beds and a couch, and the walls were nicely painted, and found a shower and towels in the bathroom upon arrival.
